DEHYDRATION & SEPARATOR CLEANING

Tri-Ethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration Units (Dehy Units) remove water vapor from natural gas. Dehy units prevent hydrate formation and reduce corrosion, which in turn maximizes the units’ efficiency. Over a period of time, field dehy units require cleaning and maintenance to maintain optimal gas production. Our dehydration cleaning business line focuses on the following:

• Redi maintains and services dehy units to provide maximum performance.
• We use a bio-degradable degreaser to clean the pre-contact, contact, heat exchanger, reboiler, reservoir and all associated lines to remove the scale and contaminants such as paraffin, condensate, etc. This process increases the efficiency of the unit and reduces corrosion and hydrate buildup in the unit as well as the pipeline to minimize the unit's downtime.
• We have state-of-the-art technology and equipment that facilitates in the cleaning process in a "closed-loop" arrangement. Our trucks have DOT approved chemical and waste tanks. They are equipped with a positive air flow shut off device.
• Redi Services can also provide fire tube repairs if necessary.
