Redi Services, LLC and Redi Project Services, LLC are safety driven companies. The most important thing we do each day is return our employees home to their loved ones in the same condition as they arrived at the job.
We drive a robust safety program, led by Buck Bruce, Safety Director. Buck and his team of safety technicians have years of experience in safety programs.

Our Safety Practices
Our safety program includes the following practices:
- On site Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
- On site Job Safety Observations (JSOs)
- Tailgate safety meetings
- Monthly safety newsletters distributed to all employees
- Bilingual safety training and materials in Spanish and English for all employees
- Behavior based safety observations
- Near miss and hazard identification reporting program
- Frequent field/facility visits made by our Safety Director and Coordinator
- New employee orientations that stress safe operating practices and the firm’s high safety expectations
- Share learning throughout the entire company on best safety practices
- In house safety training, H2S, respiratory protection, and confined space entry
