Redi Inspection Services LLC. Is an inspection company made up of inspectors that have many years of inspection experience in the oil and gas, mining, power generation and ski resort industry.
We opened the Rocky Mountain office in Evanston Wyoming in 2016. We provide Non-Destructive Testing services and API Inspectors from our Evanston office.
We are led by inspectors that have 40+ years of combined inspection experience. Experiences include Turnaround inspection work and general mechanical integrity inspections. Experience in tank inspections and equipment such as MFL tank floor scanners and automated tank thickness crawlers. For these reasons and our commitment to performing your inspections in a safe manner while being affordable, Redi Inspection Services will be a premier inspection for the Rocky Mountain Region.
The inspections at the various ski area in the states of Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada and California are performed on the towers, the drive wheels called “Bull Wheels”, the chairs, the different types of grips that hold the chairs on the cable, the gear boxes for the trams and the ZipTour Zip Line Trolleys. We do not, at this time, perform the inspection on the cables that take the chairs up the hill.
We use several forms of inspections and those include, UT Shearwave, UT Thickness, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant Testing and Visual Testing. Just about every part of the ski lift that takes the skier up or down the hill, with the exception of the cable, is inspected by our inspectors at the ski areas where we work.
The same is true for the zip line rides. We perform Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle and Penetrant Testing on the different components that make up the ZipTour Trolleys that are used on the zip line rides at the various areas.
This alliance gives us access to higher end inspections such as Eddy Current and IRIS Testing. These inspections will give us access to inspectors that perform inspection on boiler and heat exchanger tubes. This will give us even more assets to offer to our customers and it also expands our abilities to better handle Turnaround work at the refineries.
This alliance is a subcontract agreement between our two companies to help one another grow in our industry. We will do this by being able to augment each other’s companies with our specific capabilities and staff. This will allow us to offer more option to help insure that our customers assets are running safely.
