HSE Technician – Sweetwater County, WY


  • Ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to safety, both personally and professionally
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who can thrive in a high pressure environment as demanded by Redi’s clients
  • Candidate must have high moral fiber and integrity to appropriately represent Redi Services with both clients and fellow employees
  • Candidate will create and maintain files tracking employee-required training
  • Candidate will conduct daily and monthly safety meetings and maintain all associated documentation
  • Candidate will perform and document annual inspections on lifting/hoisting equipment
  • Candidate will interface with others in a variety of capacities including, but not limited to: training, drug & alcohol testing, on-site hazard identification and risk mitigation, incident investigations, case management, assisting other team members where needed etc.
  • Candidate must have a personable demeanor at all times and lines of communication must remain open and productive
  • Candidate will report to the on-site Superintendent and coordinate safety strategies with the HSE Director

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Positive and proactive methods for interacting with co-workers and customers
  • Candidate must have strong leadership skills
  • Genuine interest in people and in building professional relationships
  • Extensive computer experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel & Word)
  • Candidate must have a willing to learn attitude
  • Must have a driver license with clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and periodic drug tests
  • Must be willing to work long hours, nights, and weekends if necessary
  • Must be willing and able to travel to work locations
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs or more


  • OSHA 30 Hour
  • First Aid/CPR/AED Certified – Preferred, but not required
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) – Preferred, but not required
