Redi Services, LLC is hiring a Project Managers for our operations in Platteville, CO.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily scheduling, pay roll verification, project tracking, & reinforcement of Safety culture. Duty focus is on Civil & Mechanical Crews, subcontracted Welders, & related support in the energy & industrial construction space.

  • Able to oversee project work paper flows for insuring project execution is according scope, schedule, & budget (knowledge of EVM, Critical Path, job costing, & change management is essential)
  • Proficiency with computers (specifically: Excel, Word, & MS Project)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to motivate & encourage employees, fostering a productive, safe working environment
    • Ability to manage difficult situations in a positive way
  • Ability to develop client relations & negotiate change orders for profitable, & mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Experience in leadership & dynamic team environments – where competing interests pose risk to project target outcomes
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Education/certification: BS in Construction Management or PMP preferred
