Industrial cleaning, also known as hydroblasting, is an effective way to remove blockage and sediment to restore processes and equipment to optimal efficiency. Redi Services is very effective in cleaning the interiors of tanks, vats and other containers not suited for other conventional cleaning or blasting methods.

With pressures up to 40,000 PSI and simultaneous operations, Redi has the resources to provide high-pressure cleaning power. Redi has specialized accessories to get your high-pressure water cleaning projects done safely and effectively.

Redi is compliant to do industrial cleaning using high pressure truck mounted and trailer mounted equipment. This would include tube and vessel cleaning and lancing, descaling, unplugging and moling of pipes and equipment, cleaning and preparation of surfaces for coatings application and sanitizing 'confined space' locations, and more.

Redi is also able to use our hydro-blasting equipment for sensitive excavation in tight quarters and/or around equipment that could be damaged by traditional digging equipment. Debris is removed as equipment is being cleaned and or excavated, and is sucked into holding tanks that are properly disposed of.

A few of the industrial applications for hydroblasting include:

  • Cleaning draglines
  • Tanks and Vessels
  • Heat Exchanger & Condensor Tubes
  • Scrubbers, Quenchers and Precipitators
  • Pits
  • Coating Removal
  • Building Structures
  • Process Equipment
  • Exhaust Stacks
  • Preparation Equipment for Metal Finishing
  • Conveyors

Hydro Cutting Damaged Fiberglass Turbine Blades

One area of particular interest as of late is the ability for our hydroblasting team to cut up damaged wind turbine blades. Wyoming is one of the windiest states in the country, and there are several wind farms in the area. Redi Services, LLC can cut up and remove damaged turbine blades for our wind farm clients.

  • No harmful fiberglass dust to breathe
  • No dust masks required
  • No supplied air required
  • Cutting performed at a safe four-foot standoff distance on the ground
  • No expensive saws or blades to burn up
  • Less rotating of blades to cut sections
  • Certified professional operators and forklift drivers

Redi can also provide for all aspects of disposal:

  • Cut blades into manageable pieces
  • Forklift for loading and maneuvering blades
  • Roll-off dumpsters
  • Trucking capabilities
